Terms of use
These Terms explain the rules for using STRATIQ. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the website, you agree to these Terms.
Last updated: 13 December 2025
1. What STRATIQ is
STRATIQ is a subscription software service that displays educational market dashboards and structured outputs. STRATIQ does not connect to your exchange accounts, does not place trades, does not take custody of assets, and does not act as your broker, agent, or fiduciary.
2. Important risk warning
Cryptoassets are high-risk and highly volatile. You can lose some or all of the money you commit to crypto markets. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. STRATIQ does not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, trades, and risk management. If you do not understand the risks, do not use STRATIQ to guide any financial decisions.
3. Not financial advice
STRATIQ provides general information and educational tools. Nothing on STRATIQ is personal financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, a recommendation, an endorsement, or an offer to buy or sell any asset.
You should consider seeking advice from a qualified professional who understands your personal circumstances.
4. Who may use STRATIQ
You must be legally allowed to use online subscription services where you live and be able to enter into a binding contract. If you use STRATIQ on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
5. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend access if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or security risk.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Your subscription grants access to the plan features while your subscription is active.
- Payment processing: Payments are handled by our payment provider(s) (for example, Stripe). Your payment provider may have its own terms and privacy practices.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. Unless we say otherwise at the time you cancel, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Price changes: We may change prices or plans. If you have an active subscription, we will apply changes on a future renewal after reasonable notice where required.
7. Plan upgrades and downgrades
- Upgrades (immediate): If you upgrade your plan, the upgrade takes effect immediately and your access will change right away to reflect the upgraded plan.
- Upgrade proration: When you upgrade, we apply proration so you generally pay only the difference for the remainder of the current billing period. Depending on your billing timing and payment provider rules, this may appear as (i) an immediate charge, (ii) a credit applied to a future invoice, or (iii) a combination of both.
- Downgrades (next renewal): If you downgrade your plan, the downgrade takes effect at the next renewal (end of the current billing period). Until then, you keep access to your current plan features for the remainder of the paid period.
The exact amount charged (and any credits) depends on your billing cycle, taxes, your payment provider, and the timing of the change.
8. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time customers only. If you are a first-time customer and request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription purchase, we will refund the subscription payment for that first purchase.
- Refunds are not available for renewals after the first purchase.
- Refunds may be refused for abuse (for example repeated refunds across accounts) where permitted by law.
- If you access STRATIQ through a third-party payment method, processing times may vary and provider rules may apply.
To request a refund, contact Support with your account email and the date of purchase. Refunds are processed operationally through our payment provider.
9. Acceptable use and no-sharing rules
STRATIQ is licensed to you for your personal use (or your internal business use if purchased by a business). You must not share, resell, redistribute, or provide access to STRATIQ to others outside your household or organization.
- Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, overlays, access controls, or security features.
- Do not scrape, copy, mirror, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from STRATIQ.
- Do not use STRATIQ to break laws, promote illegal activity, or harm others.
- Do not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
If we reasonably believe you breached these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately to protect STRATIQ, other users, and our systems. Where legally permitted, we may refuse refunds for accounts terminated for serious abuse, fraud, or intentional circumvention. Where mandatory law requires refunds or other remedies, we will comply.
10. Intellectual property
STRATIQ, its dashboards, content, designs, trademarks, and underlying methodology are owned by STRATIQ or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use STRATIQ during an active subscription, subject to these Terms.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep STRATIQ available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, update, or discontinue parts of STRATIQ (including features and plans) to improve security, performance, or product direction.
12. Third-party services
STRATIQ may rely on third-party infrastructure and services (for example hosting, email delivery, payments). We are not responsible for third-party outages or failures outside our reasonable control.
13. Privacy, cookies, and data
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and why. We use strictly necessary cookies for core functionality (for example, keeping you logged in). We do not sell your personal data.
14. Account deletion
You can delete your STRATIQ account from inside the authenticated area. Deletion is permanent. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize stored STRATIQ product data such as your account profile, sessions, security flags, and access records stored in our systems.
We may retain limited records only where required for legal obligations (for example accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, and chargebacks), and we apply minimization and restricted access.
Payment providers may separately retain transaction records under their own legal obligations and policies.
15. Disclaimers
STRATIQ is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific investment strategy.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRATIQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of STRATIQ.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRATIQ’s total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to STRATIQ for the subscription in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
17. Indemnity
If you breach these Terms or misuse STRATIQ, you agree to indemnify and hold STRATIQ harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from that breach or misuse, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Disputes
If you have a problem, contact Support first so we can try to resolve it quickly. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice by posting updated Terms and, where appropriate, by additional notice (for example email). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Legal boilerplate
- Severability: If part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: If we do not enforce a provision, we do not waive it.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our explicit written consent.
- Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the STRATIQ service operator is established, and disputes will be handled in its courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
