Billing is processed by Stripe. STRATIQ controls your plan access level.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled through Support. If you are a first-time customer and request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription purchase, we will review and process the request operationally through our payment provider.

We never ask for sensitive information such as wallet seed phrases or private keys. Keep your message simple: what you clicked, what you expected, and what happened instead.
